Making a unique rice with perilla leaf shrimp mayo
There are a lot of perilla leaves at home, but the shrimp was enough to eat once. I was thinking about what to make with these two, and I thought of rice with toppings. That's why I made perilla leaf shrimp mayo over rice. It's delicious even if you mix it and eat it on top of rice without mixing it.

Cooking Steps

Blanch the perilla leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Cool the blanched perilla leaves lightly in cold water and squeeze the water out.
