STEP 1/12
Peel the potatoes and rinse them lightly under running water.
STEP 2/12
Put 3 potatoes, 800ml of water, 0.4 tablespoons of salt, and 0.8 tablespoons of brown sugar in a pot and boil it over high gas heat.
STEP 3/12
When the water boils up, cover it, change it to medium heat, and boil it for about 25 minutes. (The boiling time may vary depending on the size of the potato.)
STEP 4/12
Wash cucumbers with thick salt and cut them into thin round shapes.
STEP 5/12
Add 0.2 tablespoons of salt, 0.3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar, stir with a spoon, and marinate the cucumber for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6/12
Prepare carrots and onions by cutting them into small pieces.
STEP 7/12
After 25 minutes, poke the potato with chopsticks to check if it is cooked.(I think potatoes usually cook in 20-25 minutes.)
STEP 8/12
Put boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork. (If you have a masher instead of a fork, mash them with a masher.). My family doesn't have a masher
STEP 9/12
Squeeze the pickled cucumber and put it in the mashed potato.
STEP 10/12
Add chopped carrots and onions.
STEP 11/12
Add 3.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1.5 tablespoons of mustard sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and mix them evenly.(I first added 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard, then added 0.5 tablespoon each.)
STEP 12/12
Lastly, sprinkle pepper and mix it evenly to complete the mashed potato salad. (Try it and add additional liver (If it's bland, add salt or oligosaccharide if it's not sweet enough)
When boiling potatoes, salt and sugar are added to the potatoes so that the potatoes are seasoned.
After pickled cucumber, squeeze the water to make it crunchy and chewy.
Oligosaccharide is added because it is moist and soft, but if you want to eat it matte, add 1 tablespoon of sugar instead of oligosaccharide.
It's delicious even if you eat it right away, but it's delicious even if you store it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
