Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash one chicken for braised spicy chicken thoroughly and place it on top of the pan so that it doesn't pile up

Add a pinch of salt, cover and bake over high heat for 3 minutes
You don't need to add cooking oil. You just need to grill chicken!
