STEP 1/12
I used about 10 rolls of chives. I washed the chives clean and cut them into two fingers. I think it's good if you put in more chives.
STEP 2/12
Break 2 eggs and mix well to prepare.
STEP 3/12
Heat the pan and grill about 200g of beef.
STEP 4/12
Add pepper as you cook.
STEP 5/12
If you grill beef samgyupsal, there's a lot of oil, so I can't eat all of this, right??
STEP 6/12
Wipe off the beef tripe with a kitchen towel, leaving just a little oil.
STEP 7/12
Remove the oil and add the chopped chives.
STEP 8/12
Stir-fry the chives and beef pork belly
STEP 9/12
Add the egg mixture.
STEP 10/12
Sprinkle evenly when adding egg mixture.
The egg becomes the dough.
Medium heat, please.
STEP 11/12
When the bottom is cooked, turn it upside down and bake.
I only used two eggs, so it was hard to flip because I didn't have strength before, but I don't think it would be hard to flip it if I used about three eggs.
STEP 12/12
If you grill it well, transfer it to a bowl and enjoy it. The flavor of chives and the savory taste of beef belly and eggs are the best.
My husband eats it with red pepper paste
