How to make crunchy apple creamy salad kimbap
There are a lot of apples left at home, so this is Crami Salad Gimbap with plenty of apples. I put in a lot of vegetables with a crunchy texture, so it's crunchy overall, and the creamy and egg garnish are light. Overall, the color came out pretty, so it looks more delicious. :) It's based on 2 rolls of gimbap.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Clean apples, cucumbers, and perilla leaves and soak them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 2/16
Cut cucumbers into easy-to-cut sizes, except for the seeds, and shred them.
STEP 3/16
Then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.
STEP 4/16
After 15 minutes, squeeze the water out of the cucumber.

Slice the apple the same as the cucumber.
I cut all the apples except for the seeds.

Now prepare the egg garnish.
Add 2 pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to two eggs and mix well.

Grease the preheated frying pan moderately and pour in all the eggs.
It's thin, so it cooks quickly.
When the back is cooked, turn it upside down and cook it a little more.

Roll up the cooked egg garnish and slice it.

Tear the crami into small pieces by hand and mix well with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little wasabi and pepper.

I'll season the salad gimbap sourly like sushi.
In a small bowl, stir 3 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar to dissolve well.
And pour it into 2 bowls of rice and mix it well.

If you prepare 2 pickled radish, all the ingredients are ready.
I'm going to roll the kimbap now.

If you do this, you won't get stuck in the middle, and it's easy to wash the dishes and it's hygienic.

Put rice on top of seaweed and cover it evenly.
Since there's sugar in the rice, it sticks a lot, so you can put a little water on the side and spread water on the tip of your finger to make the rice.

I'm going to make 2 rolls of kimbap, so please put half of all the ingredients on top.
Salad gimbap is crunchy with plenty of ingredients.

Even if it's hard to roll, put a lot of ingredients on top of it and roll it well by applying strength to the tips of your fingers.

When you're done with 2 rolls, apply sesame oil and sprinkle sesame salt and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Make sure to dip it in wasabi and eat it. I seasoned the rice like sushi and it looks so good on you. :)
