Wash the ingredients thoroughly, prepare, and chop

I chopped it using Daiso vegetable chopper.

Dissolve a piece of butter in a pan and add the garlic.

Add garlic and onions and stir-fry them well.

Add minced cabbage and minced saesongi mushrooms.

Pour enough milk to cover the vegetables, add a piece of chicken stock and bring to a boil.

When the soup starts to boil, add the broccoli, sliced ham and cheese and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes or so.

If the soup is cooked, it's delicious if you eat it with well-roasted toast or hash potatoes.
Adjust the amount of milk and cheese in the soup.
