STEP 1/13
Put potatoes in a pot, add plenty of water, add 1/2 spoon of salt, and boil for about 20 minutes
STEP 2/13
The time to boil depends on the size of the potato, so poke it with chopsticks and cook it until it goes in
STEP 3/13
Apply olive oil to the oven pan (or air fryer)
STEP 4/13
Then, put the boiled potato on top and press it down with a flat bowl
(Potatoes will be pressed more cleanly if you cool them down a little.)
STEP 5/13
Cut the large potatoes in half and press down
Large potatoes have a fluffy taste, and small potatoes or half-cut potatoes have a more flat, crispy taste
STEP 6/13
Put olive oil on the pressed potatoes
STEP 7/13
Sprinkle herb salt
STEP 8/13
Sprinkle the parmesan powder, too
STEP 9/13
Bake in a 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes
STEP 10/13
Serve with potatoes while baking in the oven to make delicious ranch sauce
STEP 11/13
Add 3 mayonnaise, 1 chopped onion, 1 honey and 1 spoonful of lemon juice to 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of parsley powder and mix
STEP 12/13
If you mix it well, it's a good ranch sauce for salad dressing
STEP 13/13
It's really good if you dip it in the ranch sauce on baked potatoes
If you cut a big potato in half and press it down, it's flat and baked. It's crispy and delicious
