Cheese omelet rice

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Add ketchup, pork cutlet sauce, chopped onion, butter, sugar, and water and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 2/13
When the sugar melts, lower it to medium heat and boil. (Not thick, not thick)
STEP 3/13
Cut carrots, zucchini, ham, potatoes, and onions. (For fried rice)
STEP 4/13
Mix ketchup and oyster sauce one spoon at a time to make the sauce for fried rice.

Add green onion oil.
STEP 6/13
Add all the vegetables for fried rice and stir-fry them.
STEP 7/13
Add rice and stir-fry the sauce for fried rice.
STEP 8/13
Put fried rice up to 1/3 of the rice bowl, put mozzarella cheese on it, and fill it with fried rice until the end and press it down.
STEP 9/13
Microwave the cheese for 30 seconds to melt.
STEP 10/13
Turn the rice over into a bowl.
STEP 11/13
Pour egg water over low heat and cook egg water while stirring little by little with chopsticks. (Not all cooked.)
STEP 12/13
Put it on top of the rice.

Sprinkle omelet rice sauce and it's done!
It's important not to cook the egg water completely. You can taste softer omurice. When stirring with chopsticks, it becomes scrambled if you just stir it, so you need to control your strength! If you want to make a special meal for children, make sure to try it! I really like it!
