Cooking Steps

Mix the lemon zest, salt, yeast, apple species, and canola oil in the water, then mix it with whole wheat flour and strong flour and knead until the surface is smooth and elastic.

Blanch the fermented dough in boiling water for 10 seconds and pan.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 17 minutes.
