Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place 1.5T of cooking oil in a rice cooker. Roll my cooker and make sure there are no gaps in the side filled with cooking oil. That way, it doesn't stick
STEP 2/7
Place 30g of mozzarella cheese on the floor
STEP 3/7
Beat in 3 eggs, 2 pinch of salt, and the yolk
STEP 4/7
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the cheese
STEP 5/7
Add 10g of mozzarella cheese on top
STEP 6/7
Please reheat it for 9 minutes
STEP 7/7
Serve with ketchup 2T, parsley or dried chives. If you add green, the dish looks complete
Dried chive has no strong scent of spices and has a savory taste, so it's good to sprinkle with garnish for completeness without damaging the taste of the food
