STEP 1/7
The essential ingredients are chicken, perilla leaves, chicken stock, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide (sugar replaceable).

Place any vegetables in the refrigerator in the right size to eat.

Put the glass noodles in cold water when you start cooking without having to soak them in advance.

Add enough water to soak the trimmed chicken and boil it once to remove impurities.(If there is foam, turn off the heat and empty all the water.)

Put the chicken back in the pot and bring to a boil with all the seasoning. When the water boils, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes. (If you stir, the vegetables will break. Sit back and have a cup of tea^^)

Add glass noodles and perilla leaves and boil for 5 minutes.

Put it in a bowl and eat it deliciously.
Adult recipe: Add dried peppers with seasoning.

Perilla leaves are the perfect taste, so make sure to put them in!
Yellow bean milk is for coloring, so if you don't have it, add the same amount of dark soy sauce.
If there are too many onions, please add just half. It's okay to have plenty of other vegetables.
