Shim Ji-ho's soft tofu stew recipe introduced by Pyeon Restaurant is a different recipe, so it's perfect for the main menu. It's good as a side dish for drinking and it's good as a main menu for dinner. I don't think you'll regret it if you follow the generous soft tofu stew recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Untie a strand of jjolmyeon. Please prepare the fish cake by slicing it long. Chop the green onions and onions and prepare them. Jjolmyeon-sari in soft tofu stew seems unfamiliar. I think the recipe fits better than I thought.

Add cooking oil and stir-fry green onions and onions. When the scent comes up, add chili powder to make chili oil. Please be careful not to burn. I think it would be good to turn off the heat and cook it or add red pepper powder over low heat to make chili oil.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and add broth. I thought it wouldn't taste cool because there's no seafood in it. It's better than I thought. I think the broth and oyster sauce make it taste good.

Add minced garlic and bring to a boil. The recipe is simpler than I thought, so I think it'd be good to follow the recipe if it's chewy noodles. It's a bit disappointing that you can't eat it the next day if you put in jjolmyeon.

After boiling it for a while, add soft tofu and jjolmyeon and cook it. If you boil it down incorrectly here, the noodles absorb all the broth and there may be a situation where the soup is insufficient, so you have to cook it well.
STEP 6/6
Add eggs, cover and cook. You can choose the eggs according to your preference. It's simpler than I thought, but it's a delicious recipe, so I think it'll be a soft tofu stew that I keep thinking of.
