STEP 1/10
I prepared ingredients to make kimchi bibim-guksu.
Kimchi tastes better with sour kimchi, and you can add ripe gold kiwi or green kiwi.
STEP 2/10
1. Peel the cleanly washed kiwi and cut it in half.
2. Cut the kiwi in half.
3 to 4. Crush the other half.
STEP 3/10
1. I'll chop up the kimchi
2. I'll put in a lot of seasoning
3. Mix it well
4. Add the chopped kiwi and mix it gently.
STEP 4/10
Grind 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds finely.
STEP 5/10
I prepared whole wheat noodles.
You can use regular noodles.
STEP 6/10
Pour 1.8L of water into a pot and add noodles when the water boils over high heat.
Boil the noodles according to the recipe for the bag you put in the noodles.
I boiled it for three minutes.
STEP 7/10
If it's chewy, it's cooked well after rinsing it in cold water.
STEP 8/10
Put the boiled noodles in a strainer and rinse well, rubbing them in running water.
This way, the noodles are more chewy and doesn't smell like flour.
STEP 9/10
Put the noodles in the sauce and mix them.
STEP 10/10
It tastes better if you put it in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds.
