Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I'm going to trim the spinach. Cut off the spinach roots and cut off any yellow spots. And cut all the stems to make it easier to eat.

Rinse the trimmed spinach 3 to 4 times with clean water.
STEP 3/8
Bring water to a moderate boil in a skillet. When the water boils, add about 0.5T of salt.

Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about a minute.

Rinse well-boiled spinach once and squeeze it by hand.
STEP 6/8
Mix 3T of soybean paste, 1T of sesame salt, and 1T of sesame oil in a bowl.
STEP 7/8
Add the squeezed spinach to the sauce and coat it with the sauce by hand.
STEP 8/8
Spinach soy sauce with savory soybean paste sauce is done.
