Spicy and sweet braised spicy chicken (Rose chicken)

  • Bottled water

  • Whipping cream
    200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash the chicken clean under running water!
STEP 2/9
Pour enough water to cover the chicken, add 15ml of cooking wine, and blanch it!
STEP 3/9
When the chicken is cooked to a certain extent, wash the chicken again and wipe the pot clean so that there are no impurities left!
STEP 4/9
While the chicken is boiling, cut 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, and 2 sweet potatoes into bite-!
STEP 5/9
Make the seasoning with 15ml of soy sauce + 2 spoons of red pepper paste + 1 spoon of red pepper powder + 45ml of allulose sugar + 1 spoon of honey + 1 spoon of oyster sauce!
STEP 6/9
In step 3, stir-fry the sauce in the pre-cooked chicken!
STEP 7/9
Add 200ml of chopped sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, and bottled water in step 4!
STEP 8/9
When the sauce boils, add 200ml of whipped cream and make rose sauce
STEP 9/9
Boil the seasoning one more time and it's done.
I added 2 spoons using spicy red pepper paste, but if you want it not to be spicy, you can add 2 spoons for regular red pepper paste, and if you want it to be spicy, you can add 3 spoons! Add the noodles according to your preference
