Prepare ingredients for Mapa Tofu!

Mash the tofu and stir-fry it with a pan and blow away the moisture!
(About 10 minutes on medium heat!)

Stir-fry the eggs together in the dehydrated tofu.
(Add salt and pepper to taste.)

Put the fried egg tofu in a bowl and let it cool.

Chop up the garlic and green onions

Prepare onions, green, and red peppers by cutting them into cubes.

Please cut Soubidream tofu steak into cubes.

Grease the frying pan and stir-fry the green onions and garlic first.

Stir-fry onion, green, red pepper, and tofu steak.
STEP 10/11
Add the prepared mapa tofu sauce and 3T of water and stir-fry it!
STEP 11/11
Put the mapa tofu sauce on the tofu egg and it's done!
1. Stir-fry enough tofu to drain enough moisture!
2. Adjust the sauce according to your preference.
3. If you like spicy taste, please add more Cheongyang red pepper.
