Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1. Add cooking oil 1 and perilla oil 2 and bake tofu to make it moist on the outside
(When adding tofu, lower the heat in the frying pan.)
STEP 2/5
2)Don't move the baked tofu, remove the grease with a kitchen towel, and pour the sauce right away. I'm too lazy...
STEP 3/5
3. Don't pour the sauce all at once, pour more than half of it, taste it, and pour it if it's bland.
STEP 4/5
4. After pouring the seasoning, reduce the heat and cover the lid for a while.
STEP 5/5
5. After 2 or 3 minutes, I poured the soup with a spoon.
Lastly, add sesame seeds and sesame seeds.
When you put tofu in it, you have to put it at a low temperature so that it doesn't splash. Bake tofu first and season later. It's delicious even if you put tuna in here.
