  • Eggs

  • leek
    5g
  • onion
    15g
  • Carrot
    5g
  • Cooking oil
    1T
  • instant rice
    100g
  • Water
    20ml
  • Sesame oil
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Defrost frozen shrimp in water.
STEP 2/11
Beat in one egg, please.
STEP 3/11
Chop onions, carrots, and green onions into small pieces.
STEP 4/11
Pour 1T of cooking oil into a heated frying pan.
STEP 5/11
Add green onion and stir-fry it on high heat for about a minute.
STEP 6/11
Add onions and carrots, please.

Add shrimp and stir-fry them together.

When shrimp and vegetables are done, push to one side of the frying pan and pour egg water on the other side.

When the egg scramble is complete, mix it.

Pour 20ml of water along with 100g of rice.

Stir to mix all ingredients evenly and wrap it around 0.5T of sesame oil.
This is the recipe for the actual fried rice that my 23-month-old daughter eats. I didn't season it in particular.
