Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the cucumber in half, dig out the seeds, and divide it into three pieces in length.
STEP 2/6
Grill kimbap ham and kimbap fish cake.
STEP 3/6
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry shredded carrots with a little salt.
STEP 4/6
Add a little bit of salt and a teaspoon of sesame oil to 2 bowls of rice and mix them well.
STEP 5/6
Spread seasoned rice on top of gimbap laver and put the kimchi that has been shaken off.
STEP 6/6
Put ham, stir-fried carrot, fish cake, and cucumber on top of kimchi and roll it.
You can use pickled side dishes instead of kimchi.
