Cooking Steps

Peel and chop 3 potatoes. Place sleeping potatoes in a microwave-cooking bowl and pour 1 cup of water.

Cover the microwave and microwave for about 9-10 minutes.
If you don't have a stove lid, cover it with plastic wrap and poke it with a fork and turn it around.

Drain canned corn on a strainer tray while cooking potatoes.

Drain the potatoes cooked in the microwave and mash them in a bowl with a fork or masher.

Add 1T of sugar

Add 2T of mayonnaise, please.
I didn't add salt because mayonnaise has a bit of a salty taste, but please taste it and add salt if it's bland.
