Season the meat with salt and pepper

While seasoning, chop 1 onion and 2 roots of green onion This is going to go on top of the meat, so you can cut it in pieces!!^^

Heat the pan and add 2 or 3 turns of oil

Put the meat on top

Add green onions, too

Cover and cook for about 20 minutes

Turn the meat upside down

Place the vegetables on the bottom again, cover for 20 minutes and cook a little longer

Remove the vegetables and cook in the broth until golden brown

Transfer the well-cooked meat to a plate and cool it down
