It's the best side dish! Making delicious tteok-galbi with bread
I added a bit of basil to Korean-style tteok-galbi to make tteok-galbi that I can't get enough of.

My family likes spices, so I can't get enough of basil and it tastes better. You can make the shape of tteok-galbi as you want. It can be round or square.

Place the short rib patties on a heated pan and cook them well back and forth, and when they are almost done, spread the soy sauce from the house and bake them once. If you dip it in a lot of sauce, you can skip home soy sauce.
