STEP 1/12
Beef for shabu-shabu: Beef brisket, red bean sesame, Seoldo, and thinly sliced beef are all OK
Seaweed: Costco Anoknam Simple Seaweed After Cutting and Washing
Dried garlic powder (if not, minced garlic)
Soy sauce: Soup soy sauce (If you don't have it, you can replace dark soy sauce or brewed soy sauce)
Yeondoo (If you don't have it, I'll do it again) Replaceable)
I told you five ingredients, all of which are essential.
I always have beef for shabu shabu in the freezer for emergency use. If you like fat, you can use beef brisket.
STEP 2/12
I turned on the stopwatch and started it to measure it started.
I didn't do it in a hurry on purpose. I was so curious about how long it was
STEP 3/12
Turn on the stopwatch and start by putting water in the pot.
It's enough for one person.
Add 500ml of water and heat it up.
I couldn't do it on high heat because the pot was small. It starts boiling over medium heat.
STEP 4/12
There's no separate process to make broth.
I'll put all the ingredients right into the plain water.
1/2 tablespoon dried garlic powder
If you have dried garlic powder for emergency use, you can use it all over the place. It reduces cooking time.
There is always minced garlic in the freezer, but it takes time to take it out of the freezer.
STEP 5/12
1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
Soup soy sauce is good, but I put in dark soy sauce because it's straight.
If you're going to add soy sauce, add a little less than 1 tablespoon. It's a little bit more salty than the soy sauce.
STEP 6/12
1/2 tablespoon of green tea
The taste comes alive in a little bit of Yeondoo.
In super-simple seaweed soup, there is not enough time to make the broth taste good, so it's a must.
If you don't have Yeondoo, it's dasai Add about a teaspoon, please.
STEP 7/12
1 fist of beef for shabu shabu
Beef sold for shabu-shabu, thin and quick-cooked beef is good regardless of the area.
I made it with beef brisket and it was so good.
STEP 8/12
1 tablespoon of seaweed that was washed after cutting Anoknam
I'll add a tablespoon of seaweed.
It's a seaweed that's been cut and washed, so you can use it for cooking right away.
If you don't have this seaweed, please prepare one serving according to the other seaweed cooking method at home.
STEP 9/12
It's been 3 minutes and 25 seconds since I put all the ingredients in.
I took pictures and stuff, but since it's around this time, I think I could have done it faster if I didn't take pictures^^
STEP 10/12
It's about to boil down.
As the meat is cooked, bubbles come up little by little.
You can eat it without removing it, but I have a lot of time, so I'm going to remove it.
STEP 11/12
I just took out the foam and threw it away about three or four times.
Bring it to a boil.
If you taste it in the middle, it's amazing
It's seasoned with soy sauce, so you don't have to season it separately.
STEP 12/12
Completion
It took 9 minutes and 12 seconds.
I made soup for dinner. While making other side dishes It's a recipe that I use often when I'm really busy making it's possible to make it.
It tastes pretty good considering I made it in a hurry.
Mom's seaweed soup that you can make in 10 minutes on a busy day.
I strongly recommend it!
