Simple Crami Cucumber Roll Sushi Recipe
It's been so hot these days. I made and ate Crami Oi Roll sushi for lunch on the weekend to keep my taste buds alive. Cucumber sushi is much simpler than I thought!! Make it simple and eat it deliciously

Ingredients
  • Cucumber
    1ea
  • Crammy
    140g
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Vinegar
    2TS
  • Sugar
    2ts
  • Salt
    1/2ts
  • Mayonnaise
    2TS
  • lemon juice
    1TS
  • Wasabi
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash cucumbers once, soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes, and wipe off the water to remove the cucumber bones.
STEP 2/8
And slice the cucumber thinly with a potato knife or chopping knife.
STEP 3/8
Dissolve 2 spoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
STEP 4/8
Scoop a big bowl of rice and mix it together.
STEP 5/8
Tear Crami into small pieces by hand and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and wasabi.
STEP 6/8
Roll the rice round with your hands and roll it with sliced cucumbers.
STEP 7/8
Press down on the rice to make room for the crami.
STEP 8/8
