Put on plastic hand gloves and crush the spam (100g).
Wash the garlic stems and chop them into small pieces.

Stir-fry crushed spam in a dry oil-free pan until brown.
Stir-fry half a spoonful of cooking wine and a little pepper.

Remove grease from fried spam by placing it on kitchen towels.

Put 1 1/2 bowl of rice in a bowl, 2 pinch of salt, a little sesame seeds, and half a spoon of sesame oil, and mix well.

It's good to just eat it, but I made it with a little bit of sesame powder. It's a delicious rice ball that has a chewy taste and a good liver.
