Onion kimchi, don't salt it. It's so delicious
I made onion kimchi because there was a new onion. The new onion is not spicy but sweet, so if you make kimchi in summer, you can eat it really cool and deliciously

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Peel the onion, wash it clean, and make a cross cut.
STEP 2/9
Sprinkle half a cup (100ml) of anchovy sauce evenly on the trimmed onions. Turn it upside down and soak it for 30 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Cut the chives into 3-4cm intervals and shred the green and red peppers with the seeds.
STEP 4/9
Add 1/2 bowl of water to 1 cup and grind in blender. (It's hot and humid, so I won't use gas^^;;;;)
STEP 5/9
Soak 1/2 cup of red pepper powder in the ground glue.
STEP 6/9
Mix the salted anchovy sauce with the sauce
STEP 7/9
Add 3 tbsp plum extract, 1/2 tbsp salted shrimp, and 1 tbsp sugar to the seasoning and mix
STEP 8/9
Add chives and peppers and mix them again.
STEP 9/9
Next, mix it well with the onion and it's done
