In a hollow bowl of broccoli, mix 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of thick salt, and half of cold water so that the flour does not show the powder.

Peel the broccoli column with a potato knife because it has a strong shell.

To remove residual pesticides and foreign substances, put cold water and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a bowl and soak broccoli for another 10 minutes.
