Braised dried seaweed tofu!!!
I wanted to make braised tofu a little more fun, so I made braised seaweed by stacking gimbap and rolling it with tofu. It was very nice to have fun and taste like tofu and seaweed together.

It's a great recipe to make braised dried seaweed tofu and eat it on a rainy day like today.
You can use flour, but if you use potato starch, braised seaweed tofu feels more crispy, so I think it's very good. Make sure to try potato starch.
