Making No-Oven Can Peach Cream Cheesecake
You can make a cake that doesn't need to be baked with canned peaches that are easy to get anytime, anywhere. A jelly-like soft cake that combines freshness and sweetness. It's a dessert that goes really well with summer.

Cooking Steps

Let's make a sweet mousse cake using canned peaches^^

Oreo separates cookies from cream.

Put the Oreo in the zipper pack

Use a rolling pin to break it down.

Add 30g of salt-free butter to crushed Oreos and mix them

Fresh cream in a bowl (optional, replaceable with milk) 30g

Add 50g of sugar and cream from Oreos and mix well.

Soak 5g of gelatin powder in cold water (30g) for about 10 minutes

Heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and melt it completely.

Add the melted gelatin to the cream cheese mixture and mix well

Remove the frozen mold from the freezer, pour the dough over the Oreo and harden in the freezer for more than 30 minutes.

Pour the melted gelatin again and mix well.

Remove the hardened mousse from the refrigerator, pour it up, and harden it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Slice the peach thinly
