Kimchi Bibim-guksu / Bibim-guksu that makes you want to eat it.
There's nothing like this when you don't have an appetite, right? I made a bowl of noodles with a delicious bibim sauce in sour kimchi to make it spicy and sweet. It is a spicy bibim-guksu recipe that is not dry and has a clean and refreshing taste because the sauce is watery. If you freeze the sauce and use it with thin ice, you can eat it more refreshingly and deliciously to the point where your spine is chilling. Enjoy a pleasant meal with a recipe for bibim-guksu, which is more delicious if you grill pork belly and eat it together.
