STEP 1/23
Please prepare the biological webfoot octopus. It's about 400 square meters while you cut it.
I prepared onions, cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts.
I adjusted the amount to about 70 grams, so you can adjust the amount of vegetables according to your preference.
STEP 2/23
They trimmed it once, but the red color is still on the sucker.
(This picture was also taken after washing it off once.)
It's the season for webfoot octopus, so there are eggs. If you wipe your head, all the eggs will come out, so wash it in running water and cut it separately, and wipe your legs together.
STEP 3/23
If you add flour and rub it, it's all cleaned, and if you don't like the process, rub it with your hands like this, it'll wipe well to the inside of the sucker.
Please check with your eyes to see if it's cleaned well.
STEP 4/23
I cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/23
I'll tell you the ratio of sauces that can be used here and there.
You can make it like this, taste it, and adjust it little by little.
It's good to use for various stir-fried foods.
Add two tablespoons of red pepper paste.
STEP 6/23
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 7/23
One tablespoon of cooking wine
STEP 8/23
I put in 2 tablespoons of sugar.
STEP 9/23
Ginger powder talk
STEP 10/23
Add some pepper
STEP 11/23
And lastly, I added a tablespoon of minced garlic.
If you mix it well, the sauce is complete.
STEP 12/23
This week's stir-fried webfoot octopus is not the soupy version. After blanching the webfoot octopus in advance, they quickly stir-fry it over high heat to make a version with less soup.
I'll boil the water
STEP 13/23
Boil the bean sprouts first.
I'm going to boil all the bean sprouts and use some of them as side dishes for seasoned bean sprouts, and some of them as side dishes for stir-fried webfoot octopus. Two birds with one stone!
Boil the bean sprouts well here and don't spill the water and leave it there. I'm going to blanch the webfoot octopus in the water.
STEP 14/23
I took the bean sprouts and put them on the bottom of the bowl.
It's good to sprinkle a little bit of salt. I decided to add a bit of salt to the boiling water.
STEP 15/23
As soon as you put it in boiling water, the webfoot octopus blooms like a flower and cooks.
30 seconds to 1 minute. Blanch slightly so that it doesn't get too tough.
The head part has lenses, so I blanched it longer than the legs.
I'll stir-fry it again, so don't worry. I'll take it out.
STEP 16/23
I preheated the wok and put some oil on it.
STEP 17/23
Add vegetables first and stir-fry quickly.
Vegetables shouldn't be dripping with water.Quickly, like this.
All three vegetables can be eaten raw, so don't worry too much about not being cooked.
STEP 18/23
I'll add the seasoning now.
I'm going to use all the amount I made earlier.
That's right. It'slightly.
STEP 19/23
Wow, the smell is already going crazy.
The sauce shouldn't burn. I have to hurry up and stir-fry it.
STEP 20/23
I'm a little out of breath.. Stir-fry it until you feel like it
STEP 21/23
Put in the webfoot octopus!
STEP 22/23
Season the webfoot octopus.. with a quick flick of
It's cooked with residual heat, so even if the cabbage seems to be alive, it's better to finish cooking now.
STEP 23/23
I'll put stir-fried webfoot octopus on top of the bean sprouts I prepared earlier.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and wrap it up
The deliciously chewed webfoot octopus and spicy seasoning go so well together.
I'm going to eat it with my child, so I didn't add the spicy taste, but if you like the spicy taste, I think it'll be really, really delicious if you add the spicy pepper and add the spicy taste.
