Ingredients
  • Potato
    1~3piece
  • Salt
    0.5T
  • Water
    1L
  • Cooking oil
    4T
  • potato starch
    1~3T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Slice the potatoes thinly and put them in a bowl.
The amount doesn't matter. Chop enough to make jeon! If you use a chopping knife, it's really fast and easy.
STEP 2/11
Pour enough water to cover the potatoes.
STEP 3/11
Add salt to taste and let stand at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes. I recommend putting 0.5T as a standard. But it depends on the amount of potatoes, so please put it in as you like.
STEP 4/11
Drain and add 1T to 3T of potato starch and mix. Adjust the amount of starch according to the amount of potatoes. Personally, I think it would be good to set it as a standard of 1.5T per game.
STEP 5/11
Spread 4T of oil and potatoes in pan.
STEP 6/11
Pour remaining starch water into bowl between potato wedges. Pour little by little into the part where the potatoes are likely to fall.
There is no fixed amount. Pour it properly on the part that doesn't seem to adhere.
STEP 7/11
Turn it upside down if it becomes transparent from the edges.
STEP 8/11
Turn over and cook the bottom well.
STEP 9/11
Turn it over again, buy it, and place an egg in the center of the pancake.
STEP 10/11
Cover and cook over low heat until whites are cooked.
STEP 11/11
When the eggs are done, you can enjoy them.
Tip 1. In the case of salt, we didn't measure it because we all have different tastes. I recommend you to follow the taste of salt and make soy sauce. 2. If you soak the potatoes in water for a long time, starch will be laid under the water. You can use this starch together. 3. You don't have to put eggs on top, and we recommend using a chopping knife to make them as thin as possible. The cooking video is on my Instagram and blog. I'll put a link on it. : https://blog.naver.com/tvman12/222758749784 : https://www.instagram.com/reel/CeXvptpjgYS/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
