Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 3 to 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of sugar, depending on the size, and mix them. Take off the laces, too.

Put a little bit of cooking oil and pour a little bit of egg water to make an egg roll.

If you roll it in seaweed and cut it, it gets harder. Slice according to the size of the rice.

Mix 1 tbsp sugar, half a tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp vinegar, and mix them in a bowl of rice.

Apply oil or water to your hands and make a rectangular bite-sized rice ball.

It's delicious if you add a little wasabi to your taste. You have to put water or sesame oil on your hands so that the rice doesn't stick a lot when you make rice balls. Please refer to the video.
