Cut the cleanly washed green onions in half. And cut the green onions from the top.

Do not cut to the bottom, but cut only the top part and spread it out. Remove the wick of the green onion and roll it.

After rolling it, slice thinly.

Using a fork with a pointed tip, poke the green onion with a fork and pull it down. It's not as pretty as cutting with a knife, but you can make green onion salad in a relatively simple way.

Soak the green onion salad in cold water for 5 minutes and remove the arin flavor to remove the moisture.

Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, and sesame sauce

Mix green onion salad and sauce evenly. You can taste more delicious green onion salad if you mix it with pork belly right before you eat it.
