STEP 1/10
When you cook ramen, you hold 500-550ml of water and boil it, right?? However, when you make Tantan-myeon with ramen, you can think of it as using only half of the amount of water that you boil. My Jongwon Baek also boil the noodles and pour out half of the water. So I just boiled 300ml of water to save time.
STEP 2/10
By the way, I used Samyang Ramen Gold. I don't think the type of ramen is that important. When I boil water, I put ramen powder in it beforehand, so they put it in together. I put in one bag of powder soup and only used about 2/3 of the powder soup. It's salty if you put all the powder in
STEP 3/10
When the water boils, add ramen and bring to a boil
STEP 4/10
The key point of making Tantan noodles with ramen!! It's peanut butter!! There's a spoonful of peanut butter. I put in a lot, right?? I like to put a lot of it because it's savory
STEP 5/10
When the ramen is half cooked, add peanut butter and mix well
STEP 6/10
Add 1T of pepper powder
STEP 7/10
If you add chopped green onions and cook it well, you're done making Tantanmyeon with ramen!!
STEP 8/10
How to make Tantan noodles with ramen as easy as cooking jajang ramen.
STEP 9/10
I haven't tried proper Tantan noodles, so I can't compare the taste, but the savory taste of peanut butter is attractive, so I keep eating it, and pepper powder and green onions are good at controlling the greasy taste. A very attractive unique ramen dish!!
STEP 10/10
The savory and salty taste reminds me of cold beer I think it'll be perfect to drink beer on a summer night and eat it as a late night snack, so I think I'll make it from time to time I love it! ^^ If you have peanut butter, make it right away
