Rice cooker Basque cheesecake
Making cheese cake with cream cheese or cheese spread in a rice cooker. I used it as a rice cooker based on YouTuber Kukum's recipe

  • Cream cheese
    150g
  • Eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add 150g of cream cheese to the mixing bowl
*If cream cheese is expensive, you can use spread cheese instead
STEP 2/10
Beat in 1 egg until completely beaten.
*When making it by increasing the amount, add the beaten egg in half, stir, and add the other half and stir.
If you put it in and stir it, it mixes better
STEP 3/10
Add 35g (3T) of sugar and stir well
STEP 4/10
Add 100g of whipped cream and mix well
*Sift it and put it in. The cake is softer
STEP 5/10
Add 7g of flour and stir well
STEP 6/10
I'm going to put cooking oil in the rice cooker so that the cake drips well
STEP 7/10
Pour the dough into the rice cooker and cook it for 25 minutes
STEP 8/10
Look after multi-purpose steaming.
STEP 9/10
Cool it down, store it in the refrigerator for a day, harden it, and eat it

Cut it into 8 pieces and enjoy it with coffee or tea as a snack
