Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, mash 100g of Kang Tofu for kimchi fried rice instead of rice in a rice cooker. You can crush it with your hands
STEP 2/7
Add 100g of sour kimchi and 30g of spam
STEP 3/7
Add 1 handful of chopped green onion, 1T of dark soy sauce, 1T of sugar, 1t of red pepper powder, and 1t of sesame oil
STEP 4/7
Chop 30g of mozzarella cheese into small pieces
*Mozzarella cheese can be omitted
STEP 5/7
Mix them all together. And make the center a little shallow
STEP 6/7
Beat in an egg in the center. Please reheat it for 9 minutes
*Eggs may be omitted
