Braised tuna radish. (Tuna stew.)
I like braised radish and tuna, but I combined these two. Then, it became a seasoned radish with a clean but deep taste.

  • Radish
    6cm
  • Tuna
    1can
  • anchovy broth
    2.5cup
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Red pepper powder

  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    3TS
  • fish sauce
    1/2TS
  • Sugar
    1/3TS
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the radish thickly and put it in a pot.
STEP 2/8
Pour in the broth.
STEP 3/8
Add all the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/8
While it's boiling, slice the green onions.
STEP 5/8
When it boils, close the lid and cook over low heat.
STEP 6/8
When the radish is fully cooked and salty, add tuna.
STEP 7/8
Mix the soup well to taste like tuna and boil for another 3 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Add green onion and pepper slightly and turn off the heat.(As if it's braised or stew, it's delicious if you cook it with your own soup and mix it with rice.)
It tastes better when it's salty, and it tastes better when it's boiled down.
