Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Pork is sirloin

Boil the water first and then add the pork
Blanch it for about 3 minutes

Remove the blanched pork and wash the surface slightly with water
So that the impurities on the surface of the meat can be removed
STEP 2/3
Put green onions, garlic, onions, and pepper in a pack for reuse, and then put meat and pepper in a pack while it's cold in the water

Until the water boils, bring to a boil over high heat and then bring to a boil over the lowest heat
After 30 minutes after the water starts to boil, take out the pack again
If you do it for more than 30 minutes, the color of the soup gets murky
Remove the vegetables and boil the meat for another 40 to 60 minutes
The broth is best when it is filtered through a sieve and made clear without oil.
Sift the broth and mix the soy sauce
Season it with salt
The meat is crumbly, so let it cool completely and cut

    When I took a bite, I was very impressed with the refreshing feeling that came up from deep inside. However, I think it would be better to eat kimchi together because you may get tired of meat later. Since I lived alone, I didn't even have a bag and whole garlic pepper, so I just put mince, powder, and took it out with a strainer and cooked it.
