Coleslaw is a national salad
Coleslaw means a cold salad made of chopped cabbage. I followed my husband who was studying in the U.S. 40 years ago and ordered a side dish to eat for the first time. The savory and sweet Koslow was so delicious that you can make it with cabbage like this.. I was amazed.. Since then, it has been my regular salad.

  • Cabbage
    200g
  • onion
    80g
  • Carrot
    40g
  • canned corn
    2T
  • Vinegar
    2~3TS
  • Mayonnaise
    100g
  • Mustard
    10g
  • Sugar
    20g
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
It's normal to chop cabbage, but I shredded it.

Put two or three tablespoons of vinegar and soak it in water...

And shredded onions...

Blanch onions and carrots in running water to remove the spicy taste of onions.

Wash the cabbage in vinegar water and drain it,

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix the amount of sauce, finish, and let it ripen in the refrigerator for 2 hours before eating.
I skipped it because I didn't have corn.

Cabbage is an ingredient that makes your stomach comfortable.
It's 2 calories per 100g, which is low in calories, so it's the most common ingredient for dieting, but it's a story when you only chew cabbage and make it with a lot of mayonnaise, so it'll be over 20 calories, right?
I heard it's good for constipation, so I eat it often, so I get to go to the bathroom every day, which is very beneficial.^^
Other than that, it is said to lower blood pressure, anticancer, immunity, bone health, and cholesterol, so take it steadily.
