Roasted chicken
I bought two for braised spicy chicken, but after making braised spicy chicken, I was thinking about how to eat the other one, I decided to put it in the oven because it was annoying to fry it. I just put in the oven and set it up, and it's easy and convenient to cook in the oven. The simple but well-dried chicken was so delicious even if it was baked in the oven.

Cooking Steps

You can put chicken in saline solution and marinate it for one night or more than half a day in the refrigerator to taste the delicious chicken.

Remove chicken from saline solution and rinse thoroughly under running cold water. Add olive oil, dry basil powder, and dry parsley powder to the drained chicken and mix well. If you want something salty, you can sprinkle a small spoonful of salt.

I put the chicken in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and baked it for about an hour.
The oven has different performance from home to home, so if the surface of the chicken turns golden from more than 30 minutes, you can take it out and eat it. Be careful because you can get on if you let your guard down.
