Making cod soup
Fish reminds me of spicy fish stew, I've made a clear soup dish. I think it's called jiri soup. I'll put the broth down Maybe it's because it's boiled, but the deep taste is rather cool I think it does.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
The living cod is filled with the membrane and blood
Get rid of them, tough bones and eyes that you can't eat
Remove it. Wash it in running water
Drain it.
STEP 2/9
I prepared the ingredients.

The radish is sliced thinly, the onion is shredded,
Eat green onions sideways, cheongyang peppers, and tofu
Cut it into good sizes.

Place sliced radishes in a pot for boiling soup,
Put the chopped bean sprouts on top.

Put the prepared vegetables and tofu on top.

Green onions, onions, radishes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms,
It's a broth made with anchovies and dried pollack.
I poured 4C, but if it's not enough, later on

It tastes much deeper than bottled water.

Remove the foam from the boil,
To get rid of the fishy taste, add 1T of soju
I seasoned it with 1+1/2T of sea salt.

Put crown daisy or water parsley on top right before you eat it
Put it on the table.
Remove all unnecessary parts of the fish. Rather than using bottled water, if you use it with broth It tastes much deeper.
