Tofu steak
Vegetable tofu steak! I took a cooking course at the Korean Buddhist temple cultural center for a month, and I learned this menu then. My daughter who likes light food really liked the menu There was only meat for stew, so I made tofu steak instead of meat, and the response was surprisingly good Tofu steak that goes well with salty and sweet soy sauce It looks like meatballs when you make it small without putting sauce on it, right?   • Sugar
    1spoon
  • potato starch

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare all the vegetables by chopping them into small pieces.
STEP 2/7
Put tofu in a cotton cloth and squeeze the water as much as possible.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry vegetables in a lightly oiled pan.
Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms over medium heat, and when it starts to get wet, add carrots and stir-fry them. Lastly, add chives and stir-fry a little bit. Vegetables are ready!!
Spread on a wide plate and let cool.
STEP 4/7
Make it into a shape of tofu steak.
Prepare the cooled fried vegetables by mixing them with salty tofu and 3 spoons of bread crumbs and knead them and make them into a round shape.

Grill tofu steaks in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
STEP 6/7
5T of water, 2T of soy sauce, 2T of lemon juice. When sugar starts to boil, mix starch powder in water and add little by little to complete the sauce.

If you plate the finished tofu steak and sauce prettily, the delicious tofu steak is complete!!
