Tofu Stew / A stew that is easy to boil and eat with mushrooms

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the green onions, cheongyang peppers, and red peppers diagonally.
Prepare 1 spoonful of ground garlic.

Cut a head of tofu into bite-size pieces, and prepare a handful of mushrooms regardless of the type.

Make the sauce.
1 spoonful of soy sauce
2 spoons of cooking wine
2 spoons of tuna fish sauce
Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder and mix.

Put 5 cups of water in a pot, add 1 kelp and 10 anchovies for soup, boil them from cold water, and make broth.
When it boils up, boil it for another 5 minutes, take out only the kelp, and boil the broth for another 5 minutes with anchovies for soup.
If you make all the broth, take out the anchovies.
