For your information, I don't put green onions in seaweed soup.
For nutritional reasons, green onions have phosphorus and sulfur,
When eaten with seaweed, calcium in the seaweed neutralizes green onion phosphorus and sulfur.
It prevents calcium from being absorbed into the body,
In terms of texture, both seaweed and green onions have alginic acid
It's slippery and the texture is low.
But onions have phosphorus and sulfur like green onions
Onions and seaweed are not incompatible, but they are not helpful when consumed together.
If you boil it with onions rather than just seaweed,
You can catch the unique smell of seaweed,
It's much better because it has a sweet onion flavor,
Next time, I'll take out the onions and boil them, or I'll think about another way.
