STEP 1/7
That box full of corn!
We have about this much left after we have about this much left.
For your information, corn storage can be stored for a long time by boiling it in advance and freezing it in a zipper bag.
I boiled all the corn and kept it frozen.
STEP 2/7
I'll have to prepare the corn before I boil it, right?
First, cut the end of the corn with a knife. (You can peel all the corn and snap the ends.)
Cut the corn beard side with scissors and peel. I couldn't take a picture.;) Sometimes there can be bugs on the corn beard side.
STEP 3/7
After peeling it off, I washed it under running water.
STEP 4/7
Now add enough water to cover the corn in a large pot and add the corn. We only have a large pot for boiling beef bone, so we put a small amount of corn in this pot and boiled it several times.
STEP 5/7
Then add the thick salt and the new sugar ratio to make it 2:1. If you prefer sweet taste, add a bit more new sugar.
After putting it in, I closed the lid and boiled it for about 40 minutes.
When the water boils up, I turned it to medium heat and boiled it.
STEP 6/7
I'm done boiling corn!
It's chewy and much better than eating it outside.
It's more delicious to boil than to steam corn and it's perfect for me. It's so delicious that I wonder why you've been buying it.
STEP 7/7
Corn, where the eggs are alive one by one and the liver is well soaked, and you keep eating it. It's the taste that children will like!
I ate it until I got sick of it with the groom.
You can't eat a large amount of boiled corn at once, so you can keep it for a long time if you cool it off and put it in a zipper bag. Boil delicious corn. Boil it easily and simply and enjoy it! :)
