Prepare dark covered chocolate and roasted brown rice.

Prepare hot water and cover it and melt 200g of chocolate in a medium bath.
I used cover chocolate, but you can use coated chocolate.
If you make it with covered chocolate, it's easy to melt if you have a lot of heat in your hands, but it's better to use covered chocolate because of the large difference in taste.

Add 180g of roasted brown rice and mix well.

Please prepare a suitable mold and put a plastic wrap on it.
If you use a baton frame, you can make it into a furayki snack shape and you can use a mini muffin frame like me.

Using a spoon
Scoop out crunky chocolate little by little and fill in the mold.
If you don't have a mold, you can use a spoon to shape it and harden it.
Smooth the top and harden enough in the refrigerator.

If it's hardened enough, carefully separate it.
I put the coated chocolate in a piping bag and melted it and sprinkled it with sprinkles on the top as decoration.
