Too easy one-piece dish - fish egg fried rice (mild version)
The ambitious project to eat green onions in the refrigerator has been successful in its own way, creating quite an empty space in the freezer, where there was no room for a pack of tteokbokki. The drawer, which was so full of meat that it was hard to close even with its feet, was able to close it with hands without much effort. I'm somewhat relieved of the anxiety that I have to feel because of my husband who throws away my children in the freezer behind my back, once in a while. He doesn't believe me that I've been stocked up to eat it all. Anyway, as the last episode of frozen fish that I ate hard to buy again, I made fried rice with a pack of four thin fish like po. If you add oyster sauce, the taste of stir-fried rice is even better, but I don't like the slightly wild taste, so I chop up a spicy chili pepper my love. Bored fish were grilled a little tightly in an air fryer to prevent the flesh from getting messy. When I made food that didn't suit my taste, I posted fried rice with the question of whether I could make it again next time to Son-rang, who relentlessly commented that it wasn't a taste I wanted to eat again tomorrow. Even though I don't really enjoy stir-fried rice itself, I got an excuse to buy frozen fish refreshingly again because he gave me a favorable answer that it would be good to make it sometimes when there is nothing to eat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Marinate the fish with salt & pepper and bake them in an air fryer for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 2/7
In an oiled pan, break the eggs and stir-fry them.
STEP 3/7
When the eggs are cooked, add 2 bowls of rice and season them with salt.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry rice and eggs until mixed and add oyster sauce.
STEP 5/7
Mix the oyster sauce well so that it doesn't clump in one place and add one spicy chili pepper and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/7
Cut the thickly baked fish and stir-fry it one more time as if mixing.
STEP 7/7
Wrap it up with sliced spring onions.
Add or decrease the amount of spicy chili peppers and salt to your liking. Before frying eggs, you can stir-fry crushed garlic and use it together. If you add a lot of green onions, the green onion scent is good.
