STEP 1/14
I comfortably used a baking machine to make bread dough + first fermentation.
Put all the burnt ingredients into the baking machine.
STEP 2/14
In an hour and a half!! It looks like the dough + 1st fermentation is done in the baking machine.
STEP 3/14
Divide the dough into 80g pieces.
STEP 4/14
You need a cooking ring to make a burger bun that looks like it's floating in the middle. Of course I don't have it, so I made it simple with foil.
STEP 5/14
Roll the dough and place it in the middle of the cooking ring.
Press lightly on the top with a spatula or fingertip to flatten it.
STEP 6/14
Put it in a warm place for about 30 minutes for the second fermentation.
I let it ferment in the oven for about 40 degrees 20 minutes.
STEP 7/14
After the second fermentation, apply milk or egg water slightly on the top of the dough for a pretty color.
STEP 8/14
I'm going to add sesame seeds as a topping.
STEP 9/14
Bake for about 12 minutes in a 175-degree preheated oven.
STEP 10/14
Remove from oven and brush the top with butter.
STEP 11/14
You can take off the cooking ring after the bread cools down. :)
STEP 12/14
I was too lazy to make cooking rings, so I just baked some naturally.
Even if you don't put it on, it comes out pretty like a morning bread. :)
If you're lazy, you can skip the cooking process.
STEP 13/14
Put it on the cooling net and cool it down!!!
STEP 14/14
I tasted it when it was warm and it's really soft and savory!!
It's delicious just by eating bread, so make sure to make it :)
It's 9 pieces :)
