Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please soak the seaweed in advance. Add 200g of meat to 2L water in a pot and boil over high heat.
STEP 2/7
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for about an hour.
STEP 3/7
Remove the well-boiled meat and tear it to the grain or cut it with a knife.
STEP 4/7
Squeeze the water out of the soaked seaweed and stir-fry it in a pan covered with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry to a certain extent and add the pre-boiled brisket stock.
STEP 6/7
Then, add the prepared meat and boil it over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Boil it to a certain extent, taste it, and if you don't have enough seasoning, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and salt to taste!
STEP 7/7
Boil it with beef broth and it tastes deeper. If you put sesame oil around it, it's really delicious seaweed soup
